I hold that we are all connected at the Source and that when we operate from a loving place, life works! My clients invariably become my friends.
I ascertain that all of our problems come from operating out of fear and not love. We forget that we are all here for a greater purpose - that is, to reconnect with the Divine as we always are.
What does this mean in a practical sense? It means that we need to learn to trust again. To get to the essence of our problems and dreams. That ultimately we are all looking for love. And that we fear death.
I work with clients to help them reconnect with their curiousity for life, with their trust in a bigger picture, and in understanding that each of us having a role to play in being our best self - moment by moment. I help clients get out of their own way, teach them to self-observe, and not take ourselves so seriously. We learn to play again!

- Over 25 years of work experience in sales, marketing, project management, and training and coaching roles which include:
- Director, eCommerce Business Development, BCE Emergis
- Sales roles at NCR, Olivetti, Sweda Canada with sales training from Miller Heiman, Acclivus, Sales Performance International
- Project management and product management at IVI Checkmate and Premis Systems
- Business Education - Bachelor of Business Management, Marketing major
- Educated in the use of assessments, Extended DISC, Six Advisors, Profiles International
- Over 10 years and more than 900 hours of professional business and personal coaching with clients. Training includes graduating from CoachInc.'s training school (an International Coaching Federation accredited coach training institute), training with Interdevelopment Institute
- Certified to deliver the Coaching Clinic, a leadership communication program that is employed and coached world-wide. The Coaching Clinic offers a new context for optimum communication at all levels as we moved from directive-based management styles to that of a Coach-leaders.
- Developed and ran the Coach Training Program at Seneca College
- Trained yoga teacher, riding instructor
- A life lived fully with lots of challenges, in several provinces, countries (Canada and Australia)
- Learning a second language (French) and living and working in a french milieu
- An ability to serve people through the death process and in letting go of grief based upon a strong understanding of what happens when we die along with personal experience in serving loved ones through the death process
