Conscious Leadership

Mentor Coaching Group’s Leadership practice is focused on first raising the individual’s self awareness through self-observation. We work with Six Advisors™ Assessment Profile and program in order to ‘tune’ each individual. Through the Six Advisors™ process, individuals learn in what situations their thinking has the propensity to be in balance and those circumstances in which their thinking may be out of balance. Together, we look at the implications of out of balance thinking.

The Six Advisors™ program provides a coaching context with specific exercises designed to assist the individual to be more conscious of their thinking.

Everybody is a leader if they choose to be.
It all starts with being conscious.
